About our Wait List
When enrollment demand exceeds available space, prospective families who have completed the application process are added to our Wait List. Gardenview emphasizes maintaining a balanced classroom environment. We seek that balance by taking into consideration the distribution of a number factors which you may have highlighted in your application. When a spot becomes available we will look to our Wait List for a child whom we determine most closely matches the vacancy, and which builds on the continuity and state of balance in our classrooms.
What this means for prospective families is that your place on the Wait List is not determined solely by “your place in line” but rather how well, at the time of placement, your child fits the criteria of our needs for a balanced classroom environment. Your spot on the Wait List will continue into the following year if you have not been placed.
Rates reflect monthly tuition costs for programs operating 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
Schedules and tuition for each session are reviewed annually and subject to change.
Each child is assigned one week per school year to provide snack for the classroom. This schedule is flexible and families can trade weeks if the scheduled time does not work. In lieu of providing snack each family has the option of paying a fee of $100 .
Community Support program
Our desire to build strong connections between home and school is not just a “feel good” idea. By being involved, parents serve as role models for community service. To help each child succeed and allow parents to lead by example we have created several ways for parents to participate and easily fulfill a family requirement of volunteer hours each year. The Community Support Program is designed to give each family an option to contribute a hours each school year to help defray the costs of hiring additional assistants to help maintain a quality program. Families are asked to commit to 10 hours over the course of the school year. While we would love to see every family take part, we understand that not all families can afford the additional time commitment. In lieu of the hours each family has the option of paying a Community Support Program Fee of $200. Participation ensures the fullest benefits of a Montessori education for your child and provides a tangible means for each adult to contribute to that goal.
