Application Procedure

  1. Read through the information online.

  2. Complete our online application and mail your non-refundable $50 application fee to Gardenview Montessori. (Please note, incomplete applications will not be considered.)

  3. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your application to set-up an observation of the classroom(s).

Sprout Class:  Children between 18 months and 3 years old are eligible for admission to the Sprout class (toddler program) and do not need to be potty trained.  Children must be 18-months old by September 1st. The Sprout class runs 2, 3, 4 or 5 mornings per week for 2 1/2 hours each day.  Your child may join the Sprout class for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Bean Class:  Children between 3 and 6 years old are eligible for admission into the Bean class (preschool program) and must be able to use the bathroom independently.   The Bean class is open to children age 3 to 6 years old and is three hours long, with a choice of three, four or five days per week.  Children must be 3 years old by September 1st for the Beans class. Children younger than this age must have approval after an evaluation by the Beans lead teacher and school director.

Five and six year old children are eligible for a full day program based on their ability to demonstrate readiness and independence to participate in a full day schedule. The full day children need to bring their own lunch.

After lunch, the full day children continue to work with advanced Montessori materials in small group settings. Here the children can build on the skills and information acquired in the morning to work more independently and in greater depth.

Children have an opportunity to enjoy a snack during each session, usually fruit or vegetables and some type of grain.  The purpose of Gardenview Montessori School is to provide a quality education to children of all nationalities and religious denominations.

A limited number of spaces are available for children to stay and enjoy “Lunch Bunch”, a lunch time session with a parent and/or the staff. Children supply their own lunches. 

2018/2019 Tuition

Schedules and tuition for each session are reviewed annually and subject to change

Most programs operate 3, 4 or 5 days per week. 


Program runs from 8:45am to 11:15am

  • Sprouts 2 Days: $240

  • Sprouts 3 Days: $320

  • Sprouts 4 Days: $380

  • Sprouts 5 Days: $445


Half Day programs are offered in the morning and afternoon. Our morning half day program runs from 8:30am to 11:30am. Our afternoon half day program runs from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. The option can be added of Lunch Bunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm.

  • Beans 3 Half Days: $315 or $410 with Lunch Bunch

  • Beans 4 Half Days: $370 or $465 with Lunch Bunch

  • Beans 5 Half Days: $400 or $500 with Lunch Bunch

Full Day program runs from 8:30am to 3:15pm

  • Beans 3 Full Days: $590

  • Beans 4 Full Days: $630

  • Beans 5 Full Days: $680

Enrollment deposit

There is a $200 Annual Enrollment Deposit due in March that reserves your child's spot at Gardenview Montessori for the next year.  The Annual Enrollment Deposit is applied towards the September Tuition.

Curriculum Fee (Paid Annually)

  • Beans - $125 per child

  • Sprouts - $75 per child

Snack Fee (Optional) - $100

Each child is assigned one week per school year to provide snack for the classroom. This schedule is flexible and families can trade weeks if the scheduled time does not work. Each family has the option of paying a fee of $100 in lieu of providing snack.

Annual Registration Fee - $50

Paid after completing one year at Gardenview Montessori and paid annually at the time of Re-Enrollment in March.

parent volunteer program

Our desire to build strong connections between home and school is not just a “feel good” idea.  By being involved, parents serve as role models for community service.  To help each child succeed and allow parents to lead by example we have created several ways for parents to participate and easily fulfill a family requirement of volunteer hours each year.  The Parent Volunteer program is designed to give each family an option to contribute a certain number of hours each school year or to cover the costs of hiring others to help maintain a quality program.  Families are asked to commit to 10 hours of volunteer time over the course of the school year.  While we would love to see every family take part in the care of our beautiful school, we understand that this is not always possible to make the time.  Each family has the option of paying a fee of $100 in lieu of the volunteer hours.   Volunteering ensures the fullest benefits of a Montessori education for your child and provides a tangible means for each adult to contribute to that goal.
